Steve Ambuehl has always made the most out of any opportunity and is a strong believer of hard work and dedication.
Steve is a California native and has resided in Orange County for 47 years. In fact, he has worked selling real estate throughout Orange County for 21 years and is currently living in the City of Yorba Linda. He graduated from Canyon High School and has worked for First Team Real Estate for 21 years, and coincidently, his main office is down the street from his graduating high school.
After graduation, Steve decided to chase his heritage and live in Switzerland for 2 years. He learned the value of community and a strong work ethic. In doing so, experiencing the Swiss culture was a catalyst in instilling a work ethic that is still with him today. Upon returning, instead of taking part in the family business, Steve decided to make a career out of selling and purchasing real estate. Steve has had a successful and rewarding career in real estate as a realtor and investor. Steve enjoys the fact that the industry offers an opportunity to help everyone from a first time home buyer to a high-end investor. Steve is a true believer of always refining your career and because every transaction is different, this gives him the opportunity to achieve his goal of becoming the best realtor he can be.
Because of his strong ethics, Steve is a continuous top producer. He has won the prestigious First Team Hall of Fame Award for an impressive 15 years. Steve is consistently the number one agent in his office and has won numerous other awards for his contributions in the industry. In addition to his busy schedule, Steve has always found time to serve the community; he is a member of the Orange Rotary Club,
Currently, Steve lives with his twin boys, Anton and Davis. When he’s not working, he spends any chance he can with his boys, playing a variety of sports, camping, skiing and traveling. Steve also loves spending time with his girlfriend Shannon and her two girls.
